New, no idea and need direction

Hello, my name is Teri.  I have no experience with real estate, wholesaling, flipping etc. I found you all through YouTube videos. I have recently been offered an opportunity to work on the marketing side of a property project that entails providing investor leads. I need to find people that can financially invest in property this project has. So my question is, how do I find investors? Everything I have come across so far tells me how to invest my money or what to do once I find an investor, but I need ideas on where to find them.  Can anyone help? I am in the St. Louis area and also part of the MeetUp groups. Any info would be appreciated!
