@Jordan Redar   all my FLA deals are handled by title companies  no lawyers   When I do bizz say in MS its a lawyer..

As a heads up, I'm a TN resident but would like to hold license in TN and MS.

And yeah, houses are that cheap in Mississippi right now. 

I am a Texas investor, looking for an agent to help me learn the ropes I the Mississippi and Louisiana markets.

Listen to no advice regarding "old" buildings from anyone whose profile indicated they are located West of the Mississippi.

However, when you get to Little Rock, my assumption is it makes a transition to the softer Delta region soil and clay caused by the Mississippi.

Have always lived in urban environments and naturally assumed bigger cities are the better opportunities because of more people, more movement.But I've recently started looking at real estate in Southern Mississippi and some of the houses I came across are in small towns of less than 5,000 people. 

Can any members recommend the best practices for finding and vetting Hard Money or Private lenders that lend money in Mississippi?
