Hard money lenders
I am not new to real estate investing or flipping. I generally flip 1 house a year and have been perfecting my systems for the last few years. Now I'm ready to start flipping on a bigger scale but need more capital. It seems that most hard money / private lending info on the internet is garbage. Can any members recommend the best practices for finding and vetting Hard Money or Private lenders that lend money in Mississippi?
