You can set a apple or an orange on kitchen floor and either will roll to the center of the house approximately 10 ft away.  

Wish we could publish a 'watch list' of the bad apples to look out for.  

It's amazing that if you were to google the complaints on Apple , Honda , McDonald's some of the major company's in their market, thousands of customers have their complaints unresolved or very unsatisfied.

Some few bad apples just ruin the whole bunch..I know this is your first deal, but you should not be discouraged...its kind of good it happened now rather than later so that you learn a few lessons early in your investment career.

Make sure you check what add ons/modules you need so you are comparing apples to apples between all services.
