Real Estate: Seller's lied on disclosure statement!!!

Well....we bought our dream home in the GA mountains 4 months ago.  Seller's disclosure statement did not notate any structural modifications or damage to the home.  Our home inspector did notice a lot of structural bracing to the joist and post in the crawlspace prior to our closing, but simply said that he had never seen that before, but that the builder must have went over and beyond when building the home.  Last week our neighbor who we just met asked how the house was holding up? I seemed concerned by his question and asked what did he mean by that? He then told me that the previous owners had spent 20-30K on bracing and additional piers poured due to improper structural design at the time the house was built 20 years ago. In other words....the house was settling beyond safe levels and was in danger of caving in.  I have noticed in the 4 months of living in our home that there are a lot of drywall that is cracking and one portion of the floor at the center of the home has dropped at least 1-1/2".  You can set a apple or an orange on kitchen floor and either will roll to the center of the house approximately 10 ft away.  What recourse do we have with the seller's at this point?  Thank you!
