I commend their effort for getting up and taking action, but many don't do the necessary homework and instead rely on YouTube gurus.Occasionally, you can find great deals from a wholesaler, but be prepared to spend a lot of time sifting through subpar offers to uncover the gems.

What I liked about his was it was focused more on the actions to take rather than just education.

Needless to say I would rather Philly be in the news for this than for the opposite, moral of the story make sure you have a good contractor so you keep those rehabs budgets down!

Appreciation is NOT mysterious, it is the result of actions and factors. just because 80% don't understand how it works does NOT mean it's unknown to all, or unknowable, it's just that to them. 

What happens when the actions of one owner, cause a lawsuit against the PMC and thereby ALL the owners (since they'll all own part of the PMC)?

I'd recommend building up a base of knowledge, then using the bootcamp to take actionable steps. good luck!

It doesn't sound like this "statutory agent" is an "agent" as we understand in normal course of day to day life where the agent can bind you with their actions.
