PB Court will serve older generations, while a pool is better for families. 

Most lenders will require a minimum of 90 days, however there are some options that do not have any seasoning requirements as long as there was rehab wor completed. 

We have older ceiling tiles, so when each star was removed it tore off the surface of the tile.

Once you become seasoned you shouldn't need your license to do deals as you should have a good network at that point. 

Since STR cabin rentals in Minnesota and Wisconsin are super seasonal, I would also strongly encourage you to look at what amenities you could add to help boost bookings during the colder months. 

For older demographics, consider the availability of medical centers, entertainment, and restaurants.Buildings/Permits: Assess the city's growth compared to previous years.Determine if the city can accommodate future supply.Government Regulations: Examine the city's efforts and the type of businesses they are targeting.
