Look at buying my first investment property (probably a house in the 100-150k range) and begin looking for a tennant.I can imagine there a lot of different theories/ideas with what one could do here--I am just curious to see what other people think.

As a 19 year old who is desperate to get into real estate anyway I can, this opportunity looks promising.

It looks like it is mainly for networking, although it's virtual so don't know if networking will be that great.

I found some tenants consistently looked at it as rent is not due until the 10th, then would ask for leniency because they were only 1 day late on the 11th.

I generally don't because I don't have time, but it is probably worth looking into if you have one rental.

Look for investors who have capital but lack time or experience—networking on BiggerPockets, LinkedIn, REIAs, and local investor events is key.
