Should I buy appliances for my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom rental house in Bristol,  Tennessee?

    Yes, rentals should come with appliances.  But you don't have to put in WD.  Costco has the best prices.  If it is a lower end, you can buy stuff used for 20 cents on the dollar.   I generally don't because I don't have time, but it is probably worth looking into if you have one rental.  Facebook marketplace is your best bet.  My one buddy finds excellent deals and keeps them until he needs them.
