Everyone appreciates their privacy/time and more so a landlord using a manager as they are typically tired of dealing with it.Again, you will find more success with networking for a good property manager.As to the license issue, most states have the LPOA exemption and licenses are not required to be a property manager.

mom owned house she died nephew rents cheap grandma price . after i went in and violated his space,privacy he changed locks. want to show house but he is dictating when we can enter. have given 24 hr. notice.......................long story short we are loked out of our own house.............and he is family my nephew

One tip I would add for anyone new trying this out is to put locks in all bedroom doors so that there is a respect of privacy.

I understnad that the land trust may give you a bit more privacy but am not clear on exactly it can furhter protect your personal assets buty would love to learn.thx again for this discusson and education :)Chris
