Recent break-ins: Is SimpliSafe the answer?
I'm looking for the most low-maintenance, hands-off security system. I have a 4-unit property: 2 houses with 2 units each. Each unit is less than 1K square feet. There have been 2 separate break-ins (thru windows) and the tenants are now asking for security cameras. I know SimpliSafe is recommended by BP. Other than good locks, I hoped to not get too involved with security measures/ my tenants' privacy but after the most recent break-in, I want to do something. If anyone has had experience with SimpliSafe (what package did you get?) or a similar experience, I'd appreciate insight!
