That way they don't waste a plane ticket, only to get here and find the house under contract.It's a weird concept, but plenty of people are willing to do it.If your market is that hot and your contracts allow you a way to back out...that might be your option.

Hi guys,In 2009 I bought a little 1 bdr 1 bath house in Idaho for 25K, now its worth about 120K.Its rented, I get $500 per month, but the tenants is planing on moving in a few month.Before this tenant I kind of had an issue with a good quality tenants.

I've heard of people using the metaphor: "Riding a plane before learning to fly it."

The people who ruined it in the eyes of the public (as you're seeing here) are the idiots who insist on having their horse/ostrich/whatever on a plane.

If you are an established company with 50+ properties and an trusted people on the ground to look for you, I would not travel.If I were you, my butt would be in a car/plane/train/horse.

We are bowling the plane in the air as they say, so please excuse my lack of research within this community.

I knew it was partially in a flood plane however with the engineering reports it’s going to require much more fill dirt than anticipated.It’s going to cost almost as much for the fill/dirty work as the cost of the land (which is probably why the original developer didn’t finish the development)We are home builders but have thought about bringing in other builders as well, just don’t want it to be a hodge podge of different designs.
