That way they don't waste a plane ticket, only to get here and find the house under contract.It's a weird concept, but plenty of people are willing to do it.If your market is that hot and your contracts allow you a way to back out...that might be your option.

I knew it was partially in a flood plane however with the engineering reports it’s going to require much more fill dirt than anticipated.It’s going to cost almost as much for the fill/dirty work as the cost of the land (which is probably why the original developer didn’t finish the development)We are home builders but have thought about bringing in other builders as well, just don’t want it to be a hodge podge of different designs.
