And yes, most of the time when I find a solid lead for a listing or a buyer wanting to see a property I connect them quickly to one of my brokers, otherwise, I put on that hat and go do what needs to be done. 

As a Realtor I am never allowed to "take off my Realtor hat" - meaning that I owe professional, legal conduct whether I am making a dime or not.

Yep better Hang on to your hat because they are running for the most important job in the land as well . the good news is most people can see through the insanity .i would be inclined to believe a free people would want less regulations and control in our lives but sometimes it doesn’t seem that way
