Hello,

My name is Luke Millet and I live in Denham Springs, LA. I’m currently a lineman for a local co-op. This is my full time job. I’ve been educating myself in real estate for the past couple of months and have realized that this is my ticket to quitting my job and working for myself.

Currently I own a single family home in a nice quiet subdivision. I’m looming for roommates so I can house hack. I’m convinced that sacrificing my comfortability now will surely increase my profitability.

I would love to meet some people who have the same mindset that live anywhere from Baton Rouge, to Hammond, to Ascension Parish.

If you’re a beginner like me then great! Let’s talk about what we’ve learned so far and what our goals are. We can probably help each other get there.

If you’re an experienced investor, I would love to work with/for you to learn all I can. I’m still trying to figure out what a new investor like me can bring g to the table for an experienced one to make it worth their while. If you have anything in mind then just let me know.

I have a fire lit under me and I’m seeking people who feel the same.
