If you plan on growing, the Series LLC is a fantastic tool for you because it can scale infinitely and still house each property under separate "child" series.

Account Closed I skimmed through this, so I'm not sure if anyone mentioned it yet, but Khan Academy has some fantastic short videos that really helped me wrap my brain around some of the more simple concepts with visualizations when I was younger.

This allows for infinite scaling as you grow to compartmentalize the liability from properties, but the “child” series LLC are private documents and can be established from your computer - it’s a fantastic tool.
