I would not buy a tenant occupied property without getting them to sign a new lease, or getting them to sign an estoppel certificate saying they have no written lease, unless the deal was so good the risk was warranted.

How qualified should you be,, all depends on the listing,, but basic knowledge of leasing, state landlord laws, is a start and the certifications all up so find out where to get the training,, the online classes are OK but what you want is actual class time.do a search for classes in your county.

Hello, if anyone has had any experience in Broward County, Florida, winning a bank foreclosure paying over the final judgment amount, and getting the Clerk of Courts to disburse funds from Court Registry to cover delinquent property taxes, I would like to hear from you, what steps to take, forms to fill out, etc.In my particular case, the auction took place January 5th 2017, I got Certificate of Title January 19th 2017.
