If I had tenants that annoyed other tenants of the building due to their cooking habits I would probably not renew them.Who cares what the spice is if the building stinks.When people find discrimination in every act or situation things start to get really old.

But by and large, the numbers just don't make sense.I think you'll find the same holds true for Chicago.I 100% agree with these markets - Indianapolis, Dayton, Toledo, DetroitVery high cashflow and many micro markets offering that cashflow in solid B class areas.We have done hundred of deals between Toledo and Dayton and still feel like kids in a candy store.Much success

@Henry Lazerow I agree - one reason for accreditation is most of the offerings are SEC exempt so the potential for bad actors is significantly higher.
