I stumbled upon this show tonight on spike tv.It's looks pretty interesting so far.

No way. Watching that show would keep me up at night with nightmares! ;)

Wait a minute a reality show that's not real? Heaven forbid! :)-

Every time I watch this show I add an addendum to my lease. the latest one is my "No alligator in the house" addendum. jk

I watched it and my first impression is that they are all (very bad) actors, mainly because they over do it. The hillbilly family in california with a moonshire still was so overdone that I suspected it was set up. Thanks @Jim S for pointing out that the credits say it is all actors.

OK it took me a couple of weeks to catch it but I saw four episodes tonight. I like it. It is probably the first time in history that landlords are made to look like the good guys.

I watched for almost 2 hours last night. I think the tips are definitely valuable, and it is certainly entertaining.

The show is great! All be it, the actors are terrible, but they are just actors playing out very real exaggerated scenarios. The producers have picked out atypical crazy examples of real court cases, then during the show the actors stop and give updates on what tenants and landlords need to watch out for. Its very informative about some stupid mistakes landlords can make too.

Still interesting things to see and learn about though from the real stories.

The end credits say the show is inspired by real events with names/places changed. They are all actors. It is not real.
