The Buyers List.........
I have researched a list of 115 "possible" cash investors/buyers in my general area. This list contains contact info on two large hedge funds, that are gobbling up all of the "move in ready" deals or non-deals(overpaying). I am one month out from going live with my wholesale business-(I formed an L.L.C.) Should I contact all of these "buyers" or should I first try my luck with the hedge funds first? And what should I use to manage all these potential buyers, after I contact them, and ask about there criteria etc????? please help??

Buyers are so easy to find I would spend my energy on finding deals. Certainly it's important to understand what buyers are looking for however spend time getting the deal under contract.
A good deal finds a buyer.
