Personally, I drive by my properties frequently.

Also, they frequently keep their commission when a host refunds the guest, so guest is out the commission amount.

My family is all over the east coast so I get back there frequently.

If you frequently do owner/agent deals do you run into issues with the counter party where they want a better deal because they know you are saving money on commission or due a commission (buy side)?

For a little context we bought our first home in Nashville 11 years ago, and have been working hard to put some of our equity to work on a 2nd home east of town nearby many of the State Parks and spots we frequent as a family (about 1-1.5 hrs east of Nashville), plus list the property as an STR.

Since they are single use codes rather than a blanket access code I don't have to worry about the code being shared with children or at least if they are shared and it becomes frequent I can question the tenant about the necessity.

The Lis Pendens or LP as it's frequently referred to, may actually be for the foreclosure of the mtg you're thinking about bidding at.
