Real Estate Millionaire Mastermind group has a whole class dedicated to direct mail coming up on 02/22/14 so I would register for that class and definitely attend.Not on Meetup but still have groups in that area is Mark Whitten and Marcel Umphrey.Look up Allen Chaney on Facebook and see if you can get in contact with him, he has a free/low cost coaching program with Real Estate Millionaire Mastermind

These meetings are great for networking but I don't really get involved with the coaching, seminars or workshops.One suggestion I would make is to put your goals, both long and short term, in writing.

. :)I don't blame those trying to get into RE so much as the gurus and coaches feeding off them with the pie in the sky, how easy it is and go put properties under contract they can't close on.......but, whatever. :)
