I am not able to purchase any other house without using those funds, so I am stuck staying in this Airbnb shared with a guy who coughs all night long and doesn’t have a car, always bothering me for rides and rolling papers, ect, eating my food, and yesterday he was yelling and waving a large kitchen knife around threatening his “friend of twelve years” and scaring the crap out of me.

Google says its 1.5 hours to midtown if you take the metro north but when talking to locals they say they can get to grand central in 40 minutes if you ride express and that it comes every 15 min or so.

As a “millennial “ I’ve got savings to ride this out for 12 months as do most of my friends.

Just ride it out and find a better tenant when the opportunity arises.
