Pest Control company in Minnesota

I bought an apartment building infested with cockroaches and mice. Hired a professional pest control company that my PM recommended but the problem persists. I even asked several tenants to move out since they don't keep apartments very clean. I suppose the roach issue is the toughest one since they move around and hide behind the wall. Any recommendation for a good company?
