I am a qualified golf professional and Tania is a management accountant by training but we have both grown up around real estate.To relax we enjoy our holiday home about 1hr from Queenstown, any other travel around the world we can fit in and I religiously follow the Formula 1 racing.Ive not used forums before so please guide me.

Noe ethnicity "could", could play into things at times as some ethnic groups have deep seated beliefs on how they transact financial issues, ie Jews containing all lending and financial transactions in community other then retail selling, or Hmung communial money sharing, building and financing.

This is not only my belief, but is the opinion of several attorney's which have drawn up partnership agreements for me.I suggest, any commissions paid to partner brokers are reduced proportionately from the their proceeds so it is fair to all parties.

Non-investors, especially those who come from the banking and mortgage industry, have this notion that being a middleman in a real estate transaction is illegal, but in most cases it is not.If you disagree, please cite some specific legislation that supports your belief...at any rate, if you became an agent thinking it will better enable you to obtain better deals for yourself in most states it would not be prudent for a few reasons involving liability as well as the costs to maintain a lic., ins., mls/board dues, C.ed classes, etc,etc,etc.
