Fugly Mouldy Mobile
I've got a lead on a free mobile that had its guts and wiring reno'd nine years ago but the roof's leaked to the point where there's mould everywhere. I'm familiar with cleaning out mould, the unit has virtually new windows/wiring etc even though it's older. What do you consider a money pit? The unit is free.
Basically looking for opinions on mould.
