Broker Conflict Of Interest In Partnership

Has anyone set up a partnership that raises money with a real estate broker where there was a conflict of interest about how to price investor money to procure property? There seems to be an inherent conflict of interest for principals that will broker transactions for the partnership. They want to err on the side of doing deals to generate fees and thus have a reason to price the money cheaper. Other partners want to keep a bigger slice because they do not participate in these fees.

Any thoughts? Any commentary about other broker conflicts of interest in partnerships is appreciated as well. I would love to get advice on how you handled things.
