Can't rent home, was asked if i would consider assisted living

tried to do a search, but all i could find was people asking to purchase/build an assisted living facility.

anyway, i am having a hard time renting one of the houses (excellent condition, cheapest on the market, but no basement). A person that works for an assisted living company called us asking if we would consider renting the home to them, but they would use it for 24/7 assisted living home.

some of the details are that they will have 2 twin beds in each of the 3 rooms. they have supervision 24/7. i have only 1 bath in that home.

any ideas what the negatives would be? One that i can think of is that when someone dies in the home, i'll have to disclose it when i am about to sell. anything else?
