They have it all broken out in their live rates table:What I'm wondering is, what is it that a lender uses to justify the higher closing costs associated with lower rates and, of course, is one able to negotiate that down?

The tenant's disability and ADA rules do not give him a right to live rent free on someone a landlord's nickel.

It looks like a good deal to me.Based off this numbers, you could live rent free on what the units.The COC is good.
