Hi I am Tomas Gutierrez,

A transplant from the west coast and trying to get into real estate investing in the triangle. I am looking for a Real Estate Broker who specializes in investment properties single family attach/detached and multifamily. Preferably somebody who owns investments properties of their own or manages multiple ones for somebody else.

I have already a target property on my list I just need expert opinion and negotiations skills for it.
