Maybe it's some other cause, like you don't digest something very well--and it makes you feel awful.Or maybe you can get some kind of medicine to make you feel better, because maybe it is not the house, but something else...like local pollen, or eating peanuts, or something.It could be anything--allergic to the neighbors dog, or squirrels, or etc...

This China thing is extremely complicated to be digested, nobody owned house in China as they're all leasehold and not Fee Simple, you guys can correct me if I'm wrong.But saying China way is communism is very wrong too, it's modified hybrid version of experimental capitalism in socialism view it's more relevant that way rather than black and white commie or capitalist.

Scott back into worse case scenario .. and if things go as easy and as fast you probably make significant upside.In ORegon back in the 90s I could buy a 20 acre tract get it approved for 100 homes in 90 days and be building it in 150.. now as I state this takes 18 months at minimum and 150k up front in risk capital.
