@Philip Klick yeah last month was kinda tough :( so far this month I have gone on a few seller appointments and some are going to start singing contracts to wholesale.

To manage leads I have a call center with receptionists that are trained in REI, and they will answer all of my phone calls during business hours, determine if the property meets my criteria, determine if the seller motivated, book an appointment for me to call them or visit the property.

I have my appointment to be come a lyft driver on Wed. when I confirmed it there is a tab on the site that says  ( rent a car from us).. so looks like lyft is really doing what taxis do.. they are now providing the cars as well to those that wish to just drive and have no auto expense..

We have obtained contracts from other BP members who wholesale in SoCal and have a few title companies to use (we both are real estate agents as well).Our KPIs are as follows:- Mailers sent each month- Conversion rate from mailer to call- Conversion rate from call to appointment- Conversion rate from appointment to deal- Addresses obtained from driving for dollarsThe main focus will NOT be on getting deals done, but reaching out to more people.
