Trusts and Probate
Hi guys,
I am doing a lot of research regarding wholesaling and was wondering if anyone could help me out with two questions I have.
1. How do I wholesale a property that is owned by a trust? Should I add all of the trustees names to my contract as well as the name of the trust?
2. How do I go about wholesaling a probate property?
I live in California if that makes a difference. I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you all!
