It's a low barrier of entry, you could do it part-time if you have to, it'll save you money on your deals, and you can do property management when working for a broker that allows you to do so (the beauty of that is, you can get residual income from property management and commission checks).

I have been using the vinyl planks or the large Allure adhesive-edge vinyl 3 foot tiles lately, and the tenants actually seem to prefer them as they are simple to keep clean and hard to destroy.

If you still see water dripping, it is most likely, just the residual water that the sheet rock or plaster is holding.
