In these unsettling times, tomorrow could be another crash or ?

We are seeing unsettled market that is shifting almost from month to month, but in general inventory is still very low.

@Thomas MoranI can understand why you’d be a little unsettled but do your due diligence and see what happens.

For that small of an amount of money, he will likely settle for the money owed rather than have a unsettled complaint with the license agency.If that fails, only then would I pursue small claims court. 

But the thought of paying a lender 8.5% when I have the money sitting in stocks/bonds which almost surely will not go up 8.5%/year over the next several years (and potentially could go down a lot) is very unsettling. 

As a newbie with limited skill it is difficult to find that good deal quickly and a little unsettling to purchase at less than 1%, not knowing exactly how that will play out.

I have since that unsettling phone call posed the question if it was illegal to a number of people.

So now we feel we need to sell our current place to get our cash out (tax free at least), but would be nice if we didn't have to unsettle our lives right now. 

Unsettling.  

Maybe they shifted back but for a minute there it was pretty unsettling.
