Let a simple check or letter signify what the staus is, and you won't have to read long sentences or notes about what's goin on.Even with computers, ATC still uses flight strips as a manual control system.

I do not know much about California law but, if a person is hurt on your property and you are not a corporation or LLC and thy deiced to sue you not only are you liable but in some states and areas (again not sure of Cal) all of your assets including marital assets can be attacked.

Bragg where I'm stationed and with deployments sometimes you don't have time to get out of your house or sell it or what not, so I'm going to try to pull some leads from that.A huge benefit of that is I can get them out of having to pay a mortgage on a house that is just sitting for like a year, or possibly pull up some short sales if they run into problems like marital ( happens every day here) where they just want the house gone, or fall behind b/c their wife or girlfriend split town while they are here.let me know what you guys think

In that case the property would remain solely yours as it was non marital property owned before the marriage and she would have no claim to it unless there were upgrades made during the course of the marriage using joint funds, in which case she would have a right to a portion of the value increase created by these upgrades.

Yes , I would agree that it signifies folks who can not save for a home down payment, making renters, but on the other hand- transmission goes on vehicle, medical bill and untold other daily happenings makes for late or no rent. yes/no.
