Deal Flow in West Michigan
As I begin to get my feet wet and look for properties I have to be honest I'm a little frustrated by the MLS inventory I've seen in West Michigan. Yesterday I thought I found a property but when we called the agent they already had 46 offers and the property was going to sell for nearly double what they asked! Any advice from the community and establishing solid deal flow in West Michigan?
