Rich Dad, Poor Dad is a great mindset shift, and The Book on Rental Property Investing is a solid next step! 

Some Attorneys will provide you with the written step by step process on eviction and you can file all the paper work yourself ( this will save you some money) or you can have the Attorney do everything. 

Its a step by step process you have to work your way through.  

I started listening to the podcast and reading real estate books about two months ago, and I’m excited to take my first step into real estate investing.I’m currently in Spokane, WA, and I’m pre-approved for a loan.

I have seven loans outstanding with them and have been forced to foreclose on four of them.

Do you want to buy and hold for long run appreciation, do you want day 1 cashflow, are you wanting to flip and stair-step into higher value properties, the list goes on. 

We only work with investors who take the steps to get pre-qualified and spend a bit of time getting to know our company and allowing us to get to know them. 

Then they lowered the price to $340,000, a step in the right direction, but not as big a step that I liked.
