Keep that in mind if your walls have 'character',  I grab a gallon or 2 of mistints (I have about 80 acquired over time and also  mix like-bases) off my shelf, depending on the home and room being painted.  

The great thing about doing a 1031 exchange is that you have infinite exchange options.

Sounds like an infinitely bad idea when the property is worth half what you paid and the tenant stops paying , then sues you.

However, there are an infinite number of substances in a home to test so this seems hit or miss. 

Infinite cash flow with minimal work was the goal.

I could pay a regular marketing firm to build a site, but since so many STR owners have this need, I have to imagine there's an off the shelf option rather than having a custom site built.

However, you may be charged for a title search, but it does not bind you to doing business with them or that lender.When you buy bread, if you don't like what is being offered at one store, you can put the loaf back on the shelf and go to another store.
