Did anyone have any suggestions into how to set the limits so that it doesn't turn into all hardcore sales?

Drugs - was it "just" marijuana, or was it more hard core?  

Save your money, hard-core.

For hardcore, cases make sure everything is sealed inside the room you clean doors/Windows. 

Don't wait for hardcore evidence...let them know that pets are not permitted on the premises and that they need to make other arrangements immediately - today. 

Many hardcore real estate investors would criticize this approach, but it's a matter of perspective.

Hi @Frankie Epifani, I am a hardcore believer of bulk mailers but not with blind offers, being that I am a numbers geeks, I really am data-driven with my mailers. 

It’s actually about .25 acre, but not fully usable (hillside)I have done my due diligence and spoke to the City zoning about conversation from vacant land to building something, which went well.My first plan ( I’m a hardcore DIY guy) is to bring in my skid steer and dump trailer and grade it all level with the existing blacktop that’s there (150x25).

My primary goal though is lowering my expenses for my portfolio while providing bettor service  (more responsive/dedicated maintenance and snow removal done well and in a timely manner).
