Massachusetts's investors setting up a meet up

Hello all! I was currently looking into possibilities of creating a Real Estate Investors meet up. I wanted to structure it a little different then some of the organizations I've gone to. Where there is more focus around networking and presenting your company or investment opportunities to the group. Now with that said I am trying to create a place where people are still comfortable to come and discuss as real estate investors and not just a sales hub.

1. Did anyone have any suggestions into how to go about doing this?

2. Did anyone have any suggestions into how to set the limits so that it doesn't turn into all hardcore sales?

3. Was anyone interested in a gathering like this, where it was more focused on connecting people rather then presenting you with information?

4. Was there anyone in the local worcester area that would like to help?

Any and all advice and feedback is appreciated!
