(We can debate alcohol as a social lubricant another time and whether or not it really makes me more charming).After a while, I would talk to the same 3-4 people each time and eventually friendships - and later, business partnerships - blossomed.  

There are many many threads on here on how friendships were destroyed and families torn apart all over dirty pieces of green paper !

You'd be surprised how a random meeting can turn into a friendship or mentor-ship, but you have to be willing to put your face out there and take the time to develop relationships and acquire knowledge along the way.

It's also easy to go there and develop friendships and partnerships with the neighbors. 

It doesn't matter how old a friendship is, there is a high likelihood they will part ways, especially if they ha e not lived together before or for only a short time.

So if anyone wants to work with me please hit me up here and hopefully we can meet up and move forward and form an awesome team and lasting friendship.

In the BP community, I'm hoping to connect, meet people, learn, and hopefully bring some of my own experiences to the table to build mutually beneficial relationships and friendships.  

One thing I've noticed, is that the "friendlier" (ie: friendship court, hope street, etc) the name of the street-- the worse and unfriendly it is!

Personally I would never let a deal harm a friendship.
