Be sure to do your diagnosis on the property's cash flow since most realtors just know how to sell a property and get you to the closing table and might be as well versed in accessing if a property is a good investment or not.

If they charge you just for a diagnosis then they are not worth it.

For me: The tenant puts in a work order online, the vendor goes out and diagnosis the problem, send photos and options/solutions.

A collusive made-up 'duty' is a far cry from an actual, real world verifiable cancer diagnosis.
