@Erica Chung the recommendations and thoughts that @Eric Black and @Katie Lepore provided are accurate and depending on how many investments and the dollar amount you're making outside of the state should help guide you through the process.There are many investors here in California that put every single SFR into an LLC which can become expensive and cumbersome.
