Also, this particular town has a k-12 school but only 2 businesses, a mechanic shop and a seed store.

The sand alone for each system was over 10k , Tanks were 4k, Pump was 1k, engineer cost was 1900 to draw the plan up and get county approval, another 1250 for inspections and as built plan after completion, Still have to add stone, piping, cost to do all the excavation work, cost to get rid of the old tank, seed the ground upon completion.
