Hello everyone! My name is Robert Sears. I spent the last few years in the Army. I will be transitioning soon and relocating back home to Phoenix. I am looking forward to taking advantage of the VA Home Loan program and buying my first property. I am mostly interested in rental property. When I am not lurking on the forums, I enjoy hiking and tennis.
