Don't get overly concerned about public liability but you do need to be aware, keep properties in good and safe condition, know the rules and conduct your business with attention to details and you should be fine and carry insurance....And I believe Texas has an LLC that limits liability to a subject property safeguarding other business assets, which is unique, I suggest you simply form your business in Texas.

All you'll need is a book of phone numers and you can stay busy for a long time.And getting with the times, you can work the internet sites, craigs list and local FSBO sites.

I want to buy a house but I haven't had a job in years.I'm just starting to make money in my internet business and I'm working with a partner putting together lease option deals.In the next couple months, I fully expect to have at least $50K in the bank and at least one LLC setup for my business.I was thinking about doing a lease-option but I'd much rather set down roots and just buy a place.
