I don't think I'll continue the pursuit towards a bachelors as I don't see an end goal worth the debt.

I am trying to determine whether of not it is worth continuing this pursuit. does anyone know roughly how much it would cost to have the 1000 square foot concrete floor removed and re-poured?

I work in bursts but know from experience I will quit a pursuit quickly if I dont have a task I force myself to do everyday.

Investing is widely regarded as a risky pursuit by amateurs and those who are uneducated in the field.

My recent experience and deal flow shows me that many residential developers have been locked out of traditional bank financing and are looking to form JV partnerships to continue their development pursuits.
