@Beth Crosby this isnt an issue for a DSCR cash out product vesting under your current LLC but leasing the unit to a company you own rent the property will be an issue with most lenders.

I also have a wholesaling business (I wholesale a product - not related to real estate wholesaling) and was doing that prior to getting into real estate.

I am very aware of other products within the MS ecosystem, particularly the Power Platform, that are making some very unique and innovative AI bets.

They are as in-expensive as any competing importer and nobody matches their specs in the price range.The plywood is good hard plywood not the typical soft import plywood.Their products meet the California Air Resources Board Phase 2 requirements for formaldehyde emossions which is a huge issue with import plywood.Their finish is a UV cured, water based Benjamin Moore stain just like the American product.  

We’ll see if it produces any leads, but D4D lists are supposedly the best and most productive list you can get.

I am slightly ok with the broker not being able to suggest the best product or charging 500 more for this and that , But what you mentioned is very concerning .It could be some ones first deal and they might completely drop the idea of pursuing this route .

Many will negotiate their splits based on your productivity.
