My portfolio is expanding and I feel I need to make a switch to a different software (I am currently using Innago) which has worked well for years but is missing some of the more sophisticated features - there is no mobile app for landlords so it's hard to manage on the go, there is no accounting functionality built in, changing lease terms/renewals can be clunky.

The interaction and entry of the guests, and marketing can easily be done remotely with keypads and various rental software platforms.

Hey guys, I'm curious to which software you guys use to collect funds from tenants (rent, fees, etc.)?

We use a management software that includes tenant and owner portals. 

Some are influencers living in their parents basement with their "command center" of pawn shop bought computers and monitors of which a few are on Porn Hub  24/7 while they shill for Pace and crypto bois.

And I would suggest using an accounting software to make things easier.
