Best Software for Self Managed Portfolio 50-100 Units?

My portfolio is expanding and I feel I need to make a switch to a different software (I am currently using Innago) which has worked well for years but is missing some of the more sophisticated features - there is no mobile app for landlords so it's hard to manage on the go, there is no accounting functionality built in, changing lease terms/renewals can be clunky. Some of the names I have heard are: appfolio, buildium, rent manager, rent vine - but doesn't seem like there is a clear favorite among users.  Curious what this group has to say!

Hey Allison, we actually do offer a mobile app for landlords! We also offer accounting integrations with Quickbooks (we support Property as Customer and Property as Class) and REI Hub.

I'd love to learn more about what you're finding challenging to see if we have a fix, or if you're better off moving elsewhere. Please feel free to reach out.
